It has been some time since a blog was posted here on the SAS website. Now that the COVID-19 pandemic regulations are coming to an end today, it seemed like a good time take a moment and catch you up on “What’s New at SAS?”
As some of you may know, we have moved the company to Middleboro, MA. While we are not a traditional “brick and mortar” business and we do not see customers at the office, we were able to get a bigger office space and streamline our application process.
For the safety of our customer’s and their family members who may be ill, we will continue COVID-19 protocols. This means we will continue to have telephonic meetings as opposed to inperson meetings. Just like you, we at SAS also have family member’s who may be in nursing homes or who have compromised immune systems and we are continuing to put them first.
In January 2023, we increased our Fees a bit. You can see we still have a flat rate system and we do not charge you based on your assets.
In May 2023, we introduced a new appointment scheduling section on our web page. We hope this section will be even more convenient for our clients or future clients, to schedule time with our staff in lieu of waiting for an email, text or return call. Each and every client is a top priority at SAS and we want to make it as easy as possible to reach us.
Lastly, we would like to thank all of our clients, past, present and future for choosing SAS to assist you with the drudgery of the Medicaid Application Process. We have been through the process personally and we understand what you are dealing with.
